Sandra J. Hatfield Prock

Sandra J. Hatfield Prock, 67, of Middletown, died Sunday, August 7, 2005, at her residence. She was born in Cincinnati, on July 11, 1938 to parents Russell and Mary (Voght) Prock.

Sandra worked as a manager for Dillman Foods on Central Avenue for 25 years.

Sandra is survived by two daughters, Vickey (Greg) Jackson of Middletown and Lisa Kelsey of Kettering; two sons, Ken Hatfield of Middletown and William (Marie) Hatfield of Columbia, MD; grandchildren, Brian & Kevin Jackson, Andrea & Megan Kelsey, & Jessica & Nicole Hatfield; two sisters, Paula (Michael) Anderson of Dayton and Sarah (Allen) Gerstner of Richmond Hill, GA; and a brother, David (Linda) Heizer of Xenia.

She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Prock; her mother, Mary Heizer; her step-father, Frank Heizer; and a brother, Michael Heizer.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Omer Hurlburt III, Dr. Mary Ellen Gaeke, and friends and staff at Dillman’s.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown, with Reverend Bob Stacy officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor´s choice.
