Sarah M. Heffner

Sarah M. Heffner, 91, of Middletown, died on August 11, 2002, at Willow Knoll Retirement Community. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 8, 1911 to parents Robert and Goldie (Wellbaum) Morton.

Mrs. Heffner was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She was active in church activities, a member of Women´s Club at church and member of Phi Beta Psi. She was an avid bridge player and involved in the antique business. Mrs. Heffner also enjoyed spending time in Naples, Florida.

Sarah was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joseph C. Heffner (1976) and a grandchild, Julie Sebald.

She is survived by one daughter: Sara Jo Sebald of Middletown; two sons: Jeff (Candy) Heffner of Middletown and Phillip Heffner of Hamilton, Montana; five grandchildren, Joseph T. (Jamie) Heffner, Sarah Ruth (Pete) Nelberg, Chad A. Heffner, Curt Sebald and Chad Sebald; four great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2002 at 1:30 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Ramsey officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 14, 2002, one hour before the service from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd at Bonita Drive. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of donor´s choice.
