Shauna A. Fugate, 41, of Madison Township, died Friday, November 22, 2013, at home. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on January 25, 1972 to parents Joseph Michael and Linda (Stamper) Gross.


Mrs. Fugate is survived by her husband, James "Jimmy" Fugate; sons, Jacob Allen Fugate, Ashton "AJ" Fugate; mother, Linda Gross; brothers, Todd Gross, Michael (Pam) Gross and nephews and nieces, Brandon Gross, Ashley Gross, Natasha Gross, Samuel Gross, Cody Fugate; uncle, Danny Stamper; father-in-law, Arnold (Rhonda) Fugate; mother-in-law, Rebecca Dennis; sister-in-law, Kelly Lewis and many other loving family and friends.

Shauna was preceded in death by her father and brother Kevin Gross.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 10:00 am at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
