Shelah M. Derossett

Shelah M. DeRossett, 76, of Trenton, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at her home. She was born in Hueysville, Kentucky on July 22, 1945 to parents, Ben and Frona (Dyer) Gearheart.

Shelah had worked for Sorg Paper Company in the quality control department and for US Financial. Shelah was an avid reader and loved spending time with her grandkids and extended family.

Shelah is survived by husband, Ashland DeRossett; son, Ashland Patrick (Shari) DeRossett; daughter, Corey (Keith) DeRossett; sisters, Iola Little, Erma Prater, Loretta Parker; and grandchildren, Zach & Abby and Jacob & Ellie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Wilma Combs, Burnice Gearheart, Norma Irwin, Gertrude Howard & Eleanor Davis.

Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the funeral home.
