Shirley Glass Pfaff, 84, of Middletown, entered into heaven Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 6, 1931 to parents Russell and Alberta (Carroll) Miller.
Shirley's love and faith of Jesus was ever present in every part of her life. We have truly lost a special lady that touched many lives. Mrs. Pfaff was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She worked for First Financial Bank and was very active at First Presbyterian Church, Stratford Heights Church of God and women's AGLOW.
Mrs. Glass Pfaff is survived by her husband, Raymond L. Pfaff; children, Peggy (RG) Glass Bender, Michael (Lita) Barnett, John Barnett, Rick (Barb) Glass, Chris (Christy) Pfaff, Michael (Susan) Pfaff, Linda (Fred) Glass Storch, Gail (Jim) Glass Bartz, Amy (Bob) Dorn, Polly Hale and Sarah Dow; 28 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, a nephew and 3 nieces.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert Glass; son, Donald Barnett; sister, Peggy Korbley.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 11:00 am at Stratford Heights Church of God, 4419 Nelson Rd., Middletown with Pastor Ray C. Phillips officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown, OH. Private interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
