Shirley Uleman, 63, of Middletown, went home to be with the Lord, Friday September 17, 2004 at her residence. She was born May 14, 1941 in Hazard Kentucky to parents Anthony and Elizabeth Joseph Zbacnik.
Shirley was employed by PAC National. She was a member of Bonita Dr. Church of Christ and she played softball for over 20 years.
She is survived by her son James (Alicia) Lawson of W. Alexandria, OH, daughters Jennifer Herring of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Tricia Uleman of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by a sister Corinea Williams of Middletown, and 3 grand-children; Brian, Anthony, and Samantha.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Tony Zbacnik Jr. and Reason Zbacnik, also sisters Anna Collins, and Malissie Shockey.
Funeral services will be Wednesday September 22, 2004 at 10 AM at Bonita Dr. Church of Christ with the Rev. Jim Kinser officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday September 21, 2004 from 6-8 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt blvd.
Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
