Steve Polakovich

Steve Polakovich, 79, of Franklin Township, died Monday, November 10, 2014, at his residence. He was born in Middletown on August 17, 1935 to parents Steven and Helen (Koval) Polakovich.

Steve worked in the paper industry in the Middletown area for many years. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp.

Mr. Polakovich is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy (Marcum) Polakovich; four children, Frank Polakovich, Helen (Ed) Mullins, Rita Gross & Stephanie (Jack) Pawelkoski; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren & friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 - 12:00 pm. Military honors will be conducted by the Middletown Combined Honor Guard.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420-1885 or the charity of the donor's choice.
