Steven L. Pleska

Pleska, Steven L., 49, of Troy, Oh died on Saturday Feb. 11, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born in Middletown on Sept. 21, 1956 to Joesph A. and Margery (McCarty) Pleska. He worked as a maintenance technician at American Trim in Sidney, Oh.

He is survived by his wife Lucy B. Pleska, Troy, Oh, a daughter Summer (Jason) Hess, Hamilton, Oh. Two grand-children Lillian & John Hess; his parents Joseph & Margery Pleska, Monroe; two brothers Barron (Dixie) Pleska, Burlington, Ky.; Michael ( Cynthia) Pleska, Middletown; step-son Dean (Christina) Black, Cincinnati; two step-daughters; Kimberly Buckley, Sidney, Oh; Malinda Black, Troy, Oh.; ten step-grandchildren, Dean, Timothy, Jennifer, Jeremy & Emily Black, Tashina & Mica Rae Buckley, Shane & Ian Mooney & Ammon Walker; three step grand-children Bethany, Chandler & Justin Black; two nieces Corrie & Tarron Pleska & one nephew Michael Pleska.

Funeral service Tuesday at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. ( At Bonita Dr.) Visitation Tuesday one hour prior to the service from 10 am until 11am. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association 8899 Brookside Ave., West Chester, Oh 45069.
