Sue V. Byrd

Sue Byrd, 61, of Middletown, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at her residence. She was born in Mount Holly, North Carolina on December 29, 1955 to parents James and Sadie Mae (Richards) Saunders.

Sue had worked as a realtor since 1985, most recently with Sibcy Cline.

Mrs. Byrd is survived by her son, John V. Byrd III; brother, David; sisters, Jenny & Rita; and grandchildren, Lauren & Maddie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Brown; parents; and sister, Shirley.

A gathering of family & friends will be held Monday, April 10, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown.
