Susan F. Middleton

Susan F. Middleton, 48, of Clearcreek Township, died Sunday, April 4, 2010. She was born in Middletown on January 28, 1962 to parents Walter and Joan (Catching) Farquis.

Susan had her bachelor's degree in nursing and was a volunteer for Hospice Care of Middletown. She was a member of Centerville Community Church.

Mrs. Middleton is survived by her husband, Scott Middleton; parents; sisters, Betsy (Greg) DeHart and Barb Wilson; seven nephews, Jonathan DeHart, Evan DeHart, David Knapp, Eric Knapp, Klark Middleton, Grant Middleton and Michael Wilson; and one niece, Emily Wilson Ruppert.


Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Centerville Community Church, 10688 Dayton-Lebanon Pike, Centerville with Dr. David Presher officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00 pm at church. Interment will be at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
