Terry A. Howard

Terry A. Howard, 45, of Middletown, Ohio, died on Monday, July 28, 2003. He was born in Sweetwater, Tennessee on July 23, 1958 to parents Harrison and Elizabeth (Jennings) Howard, Jr..

Terry graduated from Middletown High School and Miami University Oxford. He worked for McAlpins from the time he was 16, until they closed.

He was devoted to his family and friends and to helping others.

Terry is survived by his loving wife, Melissa “Missy” (Smith) Howard; a daughter Denise Howard and a son, Cody Howard both of West Chester; his mother, Elizabeth Howard of Middletown; one sister, Tracy Howard of Trenton; one brother, Scott (Kelly) Howard of Conyers, GA; sister-in-law, Denise (Larry) Kalmus of Middletown; and brother-in-law, Thomas O'Shea McCann of Middletown.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harrison Howard, Jr., and his grandmother, Ida Jennings.

Memorial Service will be held Thursday, July 31, 2003 at 7:00 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr. Visitation will be prior to the service, from 5 – 7 pm. at the funeral home.
