Terry M. Collins

Terry M. Collins, 69, of Lynchburg, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at home, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born in Jeremiah, Kentucky on March 24, 1955 to parents, Charles and Margie (Caudill) Collins.

Terry worked as a truck driver for Air Liquide for 25 years. In his younger years, he loved the thrill of drag racing. He always enjoyed being outdoors, whether that was on the water in his boat or taking trips on his motorcycle. Terry was one of the few people these days who enjoy the lost art of working on antique clocks.

Terry is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia (Burke) Collins; son, Jeremy (Corrie) Collins; grandson, Clark Collins; father, Charles Collins; brother, Jeff (Jerry) Collins; sister, Karen (Chris) Chinetti; nephews, David (Grace) Taylor and Matt (Jamie) Taylor; many cousins; and his beloved cats, Bailey, Bindi & Bella.

In addition to his mother, Margie, Terry was preceded in death by 11 aunts and uncles.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown with Pastor Bob Sebastian officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Interment  will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
