Thelma Forman

Thelma Forman, 81, of Monroe, died Monday, October 15, 2012, at her residence. She was born in Hamilton on March 29, 1931 to parents Steve and Laura (Lakes) Isaacs.

Mrs. Forman is survived by her husband of 63 years, Garrett Forman; daughters, Brenda (Bruce) Strohmaier & Carlotta (Clifford) Allen; son, Garrett Edward (Barbara) Forman; brother, James Isaacs; and grandchildren, Ashley Lewis & Steven Allen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Pearl Napier, Stella McVay & Hazel English; and brothers, Stanley Isaacs, Chester Isaacs, Burt Isaacs and Russell Isaacs.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Bob Maggard officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 - 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Hickory Flat Cemetery.
