Thomas Burnett Ii

Thomas Burnett, II, 62, of Middletown, died Monday, September 14, 2015, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown on August 7, 1953 to parents Thomas and Nancy (Martin) Burnett.

Tom was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was very involved in programs at the Dayton V.A., where he also worked.

Mr. Burnett is survived by his mother, Nancy Burnett; brother, Jon Burnett; sister, Rebecca (Terrance) Ponder; five children; and many loving grandchildren, nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father in 1993.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 10:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 9:00 - 10:00 AM. Interment will be at Dayton National Cemetery.
