Thomas D. Poff, Sr., 60 of Middletown, died on January 25, 2003 at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born in Trenton, on October 17, 1942, to parents Thomas Dewey and Myrtle (Shafer) Poff. Thomas served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a welder for Armco Steel Corporation for 30 years.
Mr. Poff is survived by one daughter, Marcia (Fritz) Arnett of Loveland; one son, Thomas D. (Patricia) Poff, of Loveland; six sisters, Carolyn (Bud) Wells of Gratis, Wilma Sibcy of Middletown, Janet (Keith) Blake of Madison Township, Joy Callahan of Somerville, Brenda (Mike) Barnet of Trenton, and Helen (Kevin) Wagoner of Bellbrook; two brothers, Lester Leroy (Renee) Poff of Hartsville, Tennessee, and Jeffrey Todd (Sherry) Poff of Madison Township; four grandchildren, Shawn Thomas Poff, Jordan Michael Poff, Abigail Kathleen Poff, and Madison Taylor Arnett; and ex-wife Teryl Ann Poff.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Rodney Alan Poff.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home.
