Todd A. Neal

Todd A. Neal, 46, of Monroe, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at his home. He was born in Middletown on June 24, 1969 to parents William C. Jr. and Patricia (Viel) Neal.

Todd had worked in security for the Cincinnati Public Library of Hamilton County for 22 years, most recently as the Director of Security. He was an avid University of North Carolina Basketball fan.

He is survived by his wife, Jill (Turner) Neal; mother, Patricia Neal; sister, Traci (T.J.) Wilson; sister-in-law, Joyce (Eddie) Bowling; brother-in-law, Willie (Cindy) Turner; nieces, Danielle Sandlin & Alaina Wilson; nephews, Jeremy Bowling & Aiden Wilson; great niece, Savannah Bowling; great nephew, Logan Sandlin; best friend, Dusty (Kelly) Griffin; goddaughters, Kelstin & Molly Griffin; and The Blue Ball Gang.

He was preceded in death by his father and half-brother, Greg Neal.

The family wants to extend their special thanks to all the friends, neighbors and extended family for their love, care & support during this difficult time.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Reverend Eddie Bowling officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
