Tracy Jean Cooke

Tracy Jean Cooke, 34, of Middletown, Ohio, died on Friday, December 13, 2002, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 15, 1968 to parents Gary L. and Deborah J. (Larison) Gingerich.

Mrs. Cooke was a homemaker, and a member of the Christian Community Outreach Church, where she sang.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Cooke; a son Jonathan Edward Cooke , her father Gary L. (Carolyn) Gingerich; her mother Deborah J. Brayton, one sister Lisa L. Haddix, a niece, Samantha Haddix, a nephew, Kyle French all of Middletown.

Funeral Services will be Monday, December 16, 2002 at 10:00 AM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home with Pastor Sue Urmston officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, December 15, 2002 from 2-5 pm at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., at Bonita Dr. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
