Trulen Esau Spencer

Trulen Esau Spencer, 83, of Campton, Kentucky, died Thursday, October 1, 2009, at Garden Manor Retirement Village. He was born in Baptist, Kentucky on December 28, 1925 to parents Esau and Mae (Branson) Spencer.

Mr. Spencer was a dairy and tobacco farmer. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Hospice Care of Middletown, Donna Burkett, Jeanette Evans, Michele Sams, and Bonnie Duff.

Mr. Spencer is survived by his sisters, Mary Cox, Jean Allen and Faye (John) Deaton; nieces, Ora (Bill) Thompson, Louise (Mike) Blevins, Sherry Robinson, Helen Pieratt, Cathy (Patrick) Combs, Karen (Kevin) Feltner and Misti Allen; nephews Kenneth Cox, James (Daphne) Brewer and Paul (Karen) Brewer.

Trulen was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Emma Townsend; twin sister, Beulah Brewer; brothers, Elmer Spencer and Joseph Spencer.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 5, 2009 at 7:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Interment will be at Spencer Cemetery in Campton Kentucky on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 12 Noon.
