Wiley Joseph "Joe" Howell

Wiley Joseph "Joe" Howell, 71, of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Clinton County, Ohio on August 7, 1952 to parents, Minor and Ada (Hayslip) Howell.

Joe had a great career as a painter, retiring in 2016. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, playing guitar and watching movies.

His greatest passion was his family and he will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Patricia Rose (Sabo) Howell; sons, Brian (Beth) Howell, Kyle (Jessica) Howell & Chris (Brandi) Howell; brothers, Tom Howell & Doug (Roxanne) Howell; his ten grandchildren, Mikala Howell, Ashton McPherson, Payton Howell, Hatcher McPherson, Caleb Jones, Logan Howell, Gavin Howell, Kylie Howell, Jesslynn Howell, & Kimbryn Howell; and two great grandchildren, Kaissen & Ella.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Service will be Monday, August 5, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd (at Bonita Dr.), Middletown. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery and Arboretum.
