Willard Lawson

Willard Lawson, 85, of Middletown, died Thursday, December 14, 2017, at home.  He was born in Perry County, Kentucky on May 20, 1932 to parents A.C. and Martha (Peters) Lawson.

Willard worked as a polisher/grinder for Brown Singer Company, retiring in 1986.  He was a member of Poasttown First Church of God.

Mr. Lawson is survived by his wife of 64 years, Pauline (Hollon) Lawson; daughter, Sandra K. Snowden; two grandchildren, Lindsay (Adam) Wallace & Ashley Snowden; two great grandsons, Henry & Oliver Wallace; and siblings, Pauline Stacy, Prentis "Jitter" (Linda) Lawson & James (Annette) Lawson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Frieda Ann Lawson; parents; and siblings, Robert "Junior" Lawson, Daisy Cockerham, Dorothy Lawson, Christine Kilby, Ruth "Sis" Lawson, Wilford Lawson, Denny Lawson & Elizabeth Lawson.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 11:00 am at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd. at Bonita Dr., Middletown with Pastor Kenny Brewer & Pastor Kevin Beck officiating.  Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.  Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
