Wilma J. Litty

Wilma J. Litty, 66, of Middletown, died on July 22, 2002, at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born in Victoria, Kansas on September 23, 1935 to parents Clarence and Regina (Hammerschmidt) Schumacher.

Mrs. Litty was a nurse for 39 years, most recently at Mt. Pleasant Retirement Village until 1995 when she retired. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. She was also a member of Forest Hills Country Club for 22 years and loved to play golf and bridge.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Wilbert C. Schumacher and Donald A. Schumacher.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Dean Litty; two daughters: Kathryn S. (Kenneth) Rainey of Elkton, Maryland, Rosemary A. (James) Halterman of Dublin, Ohio; a son: Robert Dean (Carla) Litty, Jr. of Carlisle, Ohio; one sister: Rose Mary Cheney of Longwood, FL; and 5 grandchildren .

Memorial services will be Friday, July 26, 2002 at 2:00 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home with Father John Civille officiating. Visitation will be Friday, July 26, 2002 from 1-2 PM at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd at Bonita Dr.
