Zachary Adam Dennis

Zachary Adam Dennis, 21, of Middletown, died Wednesday, September 5, 2012, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on July 9, 1991 to parents Adam A. and Rosemary (Reek) Dennis.

Zachary graduated from Edgewood High School in 2010 and was currently a full time student at the University of Cincinnati and a member of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ). He also was employed at Vancrest Healthcare Center in Eaton, Ohio as a state tested nursing assistant.

Zach is survived by his mother, Rosemary Dennis, of Middletown; sisters, Ashley Dennis & Tiffany Dennis, both of Middletown; paternal grandmother, June Newkirk, of Middletown; maternal grandmother, Doris Reek, of Middletown and nephew Ian Hobbs, of Middletown as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

Zach is preceded in death by his father, Adam A. Dennis; paternal grandfather, Donald Dennis; maternal grandfather, Conway Reek; and paternal step grandfather Tom Newkirk.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 - 8:00 pm and one hour prior to the service from 11:00 - 12:00 pm. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
