Zeta Faye Keith

Zeta Faye Keith, 85, of Middletown, died Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at Hawthorn Glen Nursing Center. She was born in Breathitt County, Kentucky on February 21, 1933 to parents Lewis and Rosy (McIntosh) Howard.

Zeta had worked as a certified nurses aide. She was a foster parent for several years and adored babies. She was a member of the Church of God in Jesus.

Mrs. Keith is survived by her sons, James Douglas Keith & David G. (Micki) Keith; daughters, Phyllis Banks & Sheila Belcher; sister, Pauline Turner; seven grandchildren; and many great & great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Keith in 2002; parents; brothers, Carl Howard, A.C. Howard, Wilson Howard &, Edward Howard; and sisters, Stella Brewer, America Gross, Sarah Howard, Shrilda Rogers, Martha Bowling & Lilly Mac Johnson.

Funeral Service will be held Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Arnold Brewer officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
